While Stonecreek and Riverstone Naples Communities are very similar, here are the main differences

Stonecreek and Riverstone Naples are both built by GL Homes, many clients have inquired what the difference is between the two communities seeing as they offer almost identical amenities and are even located off the same road.  Stonecreek offers a few more floor plans (19 vs 15), gas appliances, less home lots more (see chart below). Currently, Riverstone has a completed clubhouse and amenities while Stonecreek’s clubhouse will begin construction after a certain amount of sales.

Stonecreek is a gated community nestled amidst beautiful preserves and lakes. The community features a magnificent entry with a majestic waterfall spilling over natural rock.
