With only 23 units left to sell, Trio is making quite an impact on those interested in modern, urban condo living. Prices range from $850,000 for a one-bedroom with a den to $2.69 million for a larger three-bedroom penthouse. The nine-story building will have 12 extended-stay hotel rooms and 24 residential condominiums above shops and restaurants.

The condominiums, ranging from 1,600 to 2,600 square feet, will be on floors three to the eight. There will be four residences on each floor with luxury finishes that will include all of the popular Naples coastal interior with marble in the bathrooms, white oak flooring and quartz counter tops.
Trio will face west and offer unobstructed views of Naples Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, Gulfshore Boulevard and downtown Naples.

Construction
The developer is still awaiting site development plan approval from Collier County which is expected by August. Construction is expected to commence in October, with a 14-month build-out. The project could be completed by December 2017.
