And yes, I personally know of three buyers who have built private pickleball courts on their own property. Most recently a buyer purchased an empty lot in a high-end Naples communities, such as Livingston Woods, Oakes Estates, Pine Ridge Estates & Logan Woods specifically to build their own court. Their neighbors in the multimillion dollar community may have some thoughts about the sound, but that’s a story for another day.
