Originally a native of Louisville, Kentucky, Nanette bought a second home in Southwest Florida in 2014 and knew right away that real estate was the perfect fit. A few years later, she moved here full time. Nanette is laser focused on assisting buyers and sellers and getting them acclimated and connected into their new communities.

She has an affinity for the luxury market and is a Member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Whether moving up, sizing down or buying that seasonal dream home or investment property, she will walk you through the process with attention to every detail. She is a member of the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors as well as the Women’s Council of Realtors. When Nanette isn’t helping customers, she can be found doing anything social or active! She is an RYT-200 Yoga instructor as well as a golf and tennis enthusiast. Together she and her husband Joey have five grown children.
