Hi, I’m Kim Menkhorst, a luxury real estate expert and host of Lavish Living in Naples Florida. I’ve been a Naples Resident for 14 years and I love what I do. I get to work in the great city of Naples every day and meet the most wonderful people, all while discovering everything that our idyllic town has to offer.

Why I love Naples Florida

There is something for everyone in Naples, no matter what your family looks like. You could be an empty nester or a family of 6. A lot of people don’t realize how family friendly Naples is. Aside from the gorgeous beaches and warm weather, Naples has top rated schools, a zoo and over 17 parks to enjoy.

Or you may be a snow bird, escaping the cold. Either way, Naples is where it’s out.

We have amazing shopping districts, impressive cuisine through an abundance of restaurants, white sandy beaches that aren’t commercialized, and a downtown that’s always lit with twinkling lights.

Easy access to boating, nature trails and a vibrant art and culture scene. We really do have it all.

Naples is dog friendly, and most communities have amenities that make you feel like you’re at a resort.
