North Naples Community Guide · Kimberley Menkhorst
Riverstone Naples Florida –
Want a fenced yard in a gated Naples community? That is rarer than you think. Riverstone is one of the few places it is actually allowed.
Resort-style living, A-rated schools, fences allowed, and a freshly renovated clubhouse that raises the bar for North Naples.
When families relocating to North Naples ask me where to start their search, Riverstone is almost always in the first conversation. It has the amenity package that makes people stop scrolling. It has the school zone that makes parents call immediately. It has fences, which in a gated Naples community is genuinely rare and matters enormously to families with dogs. And it just completed a major clubhouse and pool renovation that brings it fully up to the standard of anything built more recently in North Naples.
Riverstone is 802 single family homes built between 2012 and 2016, set around natural preserves and scenic lakes in one of North Naples’ most sought-after corridors. Homes range from approximately 1,800 to just under 5,000 square feet, from the right-sized two bedroom plus den entry point all the way to six bedroom estate properties. The variety within the community means it works for a wide range of family situations and price points without feeling inconsistent.
The Amenity Package – Freshly Renovated Summer 2026
13,000+ Square Feet of Resort Amenities, Just Completely Renovated
Riverstone’s clubhouse and pool complex just completed a significant renovation, bringing the facilities fully up to date and raising the bar for what resort-style living looks like in a North Naples gated community. This is not a minor refresh. This is a comprehensive upgrade that makes Riverstone’s amenity package genuinely competitive with anything built more recently in the market.
The community has a full-time activities director who manages a social calendar throughout the year, community-wide food truck events, holiday gatherings, fitness classes, clubs, and programming for all ages. This is a community where people actually use the amenities and actually know their neighbors. That is not something you can fake and it is not something every community with a nice clubhouse manages to achieve.
Multiple Pools
Resort pools and hot tubs throughout the complex
Fitness Center
Fully equipped on-site gym
Tennis Courts
No extra membership fee to play
Pickleball

Indoor Basketball

Where Is Riverstone And Why Does the Logan Road Location Matter?
Riverstone sits off Logan Boulevard in North Naples and that location has an advantage that most buyers do not know about until they live here. Logan Road connects from East Naples all the way to Bonita Beach Road, running parallel to the main North Naples corridors. Large trucks are prohibited on Logan Road, which keeps traffic lighter and noise lower than comparable communities off Immokalee Road.
Sprouts Farmers Market at Logan Landings
Right at the community – one of the most convenient grocery positions of any North Naples gated community.
RSW Airport
Approximately 20-25 minutes via Logan Road – a quicker route than Immokalee Road for many residents.
Gulf Beaches
Approximately 20-25 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach and North Naples Gulf access points.
Shopping and Dining
North Naples shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences all easily accessible from Logan Boulevard.
The Logan Road Advantage, What Riverstone Residents KnowLarge commercial trucks are prohibited on Logan Road. That means lighter traffic, less noise, and a more pleasant daily commute than comparable communities that sit directly off Immokalee Road. When you are heading north toward the airport, Logan connects you to Bonita Beach Road in a way that bypasses the worst of the Immokalee Road traffic entirely. After a week of living in Riverstone, residents discover this route and never go back to the main road for that trip.
What Makes Riverstone Specifically Worth Considering
Three things set Riverstone apart from most North Naples gated communities at this price point and all three matter significantly to the families who consistently choose it.
Fences are allowed. In a gated Naples community this is genuinely rare. Most deed-restricted communities prohibit them entirely. Riverstone permits fences with HOA approval which for families with dogs or young children is not a minor amenity. It is a dealbreaker resolved.
Golf carts are welcome. Not every gated community embraces golf cart culture. Riverstone does, and the combination of golf carts, extensive sidewalks, and walking trails around the preserves and lakes makes getting around the community without a car genuinely enjoyable rather than just theoretically possible.
The social calendar is real. Community-wide food truck events. Holiday programming. A full-time activities director who creates reasons for people to actually meet their neighbors. In a community of 802 homes you can live in complete privacy if you want, or you can have a full social life without ever leaving the gate. Riverstone gives you both options.
What Selling in Riverstone Actually Looks Like, A Real Story
Real Client Story · Riverstone Seller · Kansas CEO · Sold After Two Previous Agents Failed
Third Agent. One Week. Here Is What Changed.
I was the third agent on this listing. It had expired twice. The market was rough and the home had been sitting – heavy furniture, heavy accessories that made the rooms feel smaller and more dated than they actually were, mustard yellow walls throughout. Two agents had tried and walked away.
I told the sellers, a CEO and his wife living in Kansas who had not been coming down as much and decided it was time to sell, what needed to change. They were hesitant. They did not think the furniture and the paint were a big deal. I told them anyway to remove the furniture and repaint. I coordinated trusted vendors to get it done. When they finally made the changes, we had the home pending in one week.
Then the inspection found a roof leak. Three different roofers gave three different diagnoses, two of them expensive. I brought in a fourth contractor I trusted. His assessment was different from all three. The source of the leak was coming from a completely different area than anyone had identified. The fix was $300. Not $2,400. The repair was done. Zero issues since, confirmed by the new owners.
That is the difference between an agent who manages transactions and one who manages outcomes. The right vendor at the right time saved this deal and saved the seller thousands of dollars they would have spent unnecessarily.
Client Testimonial · Riverstone Seller · Kansas CEO
“Kim Menkhorst is the quintessential realtor, a perfect example of class and quality.”
“She kept us apprised of the marketplace. She went beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions when inspections revealed areas of the home that needed attention. Kim, on her own time, found credible contractors to complete the work correctly and on time. She taught my wife and I a lesson when it comes to realtors, listen to them and pay attention to what they tell you on what is best practice in order to sell your home. She will for sure represent us as a buyer’s agent in our next South Florida home purchase. If you do not choose Kim to sell your home or represent you as a buyer’s agent, you are making a really bad decision. Call Kim today. You won’t regret it.”

Kimberley Menkhorst
I am Kimberley Menkhorst and North Naples has been my home since 2008. When Riverstone was still being built, I was already living in this corridor, watching these communities take shape from the ground up. I know which lots in this community are worth a premium and which are not. I know the Logan Road advantage because I use it myself. I know the school zones, the HOA realities, the insurance considerations and the long-term value trajectory of every street in this community.
I work primarily with CEOs, founders, executives and legacy-minded families purchasing second and third homes throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Southwest Florida. Nearly 90% of my clients are out of state, which means they rely on me completely to evaluate and advise on communities they cannot always visit in person. Before real estate I served as Director of Marketing overseeing a $1.2 billion portfolio here in Naples. My goal is always the same, give you honest insight, clear guidance and a process that feels completely managed from beginning to end.
