You’ve probably already decided that you want to buy a place in Naples, but maybe aren’t exactly sure where to start.  My process is simple. To provide all the resources that you’ll need to help you make the most informed decision. My customers appreciate my simple approach which is broken down below: 

Quick Response time. You getting ahold of me is one of my top priorities. This is a problem in our industry and as your dedicated agent, I’m always available.

Diligence and understanding of contracts. Contracts are always changing and there are 4 types of contracts used in SWFL. I am constantly educating myself on the changes and work with the top attorney’s in town for interpretation.

Concierge Service. Many of my customers come from out of State and rely on myself and my local resources for a smooth transition. Did you know you don’t even need to physically be here to close on your home? I can FaceTime you properties, get you virtual tours & videos, and set up inspections, attorney reviews and closing documents all while you’re at home up north. 

Extensive Knowledge of Communities. Naples alone has over 270 communities and I am extremely familiar with all of the pros and cons of each communities from Marco Island to Naples, Bonita Springs & Estero. I have also sold in Ft. Myers, but if you choose an area I’m not 100% familiar with, I will refer you to a top agent in that area who has the same standards as I do.

Proprietary Real Estate Match Making Process. Since we have so many communities in SWFL, I’ve created a process to match a home buyer with the right home, in our initial consultation we can go over what that looks like.

Honest and Transparent Transactions. My job is to explain the entire process to you BEFORE you sign the contract and then help you along the way remind you of what we discussed.  The includes gathering information on the area (flood zones, pet and rental restrictions, fees, CDD & MTSU taxes, FIRPTA tax, past insurance claims, upcoming assessments, new commercial projects nearby that will help or hurt your value). I’m here to be a resource and get you all the information you need so you can make an informed decision and feel complete confidence in the decision you made.

Thorough Needs Analysis. Sometimes you find that what someone thinks they want in a home is actually not what they want at all. With my thorough Needs Analysis, we can narrow down what’s important to you and what location, community and home best fits your needs.
