Depending on your situation, I can help you understand which contract you’ll want to ask for on your home sale. I work with the top attorney’s in town for interpretation and to guide you as well.
Concierge Service. From pre-listing, staging, decluttering, to marketing and the whole way through contract to closing, I’m here to let you know what you can expect. There are NO surprises when you work with me, we will go over everything BEFORE we list, BEFORE we go under contract and BEFORE we close. In addition to over 8 years of real estate experience in the high end luxury market, I was previously the Marketing Director for the entire State of Florida for the largest privately held commercial construction company in Naples.
